The Challenge
NTREE did not just need development. They needed a full product.
The idea was simple to understand but difficult to execute:
One link or QR code should show different content depending on the situation. For example:
Breakfast menu in the morning, dinner menu in the evening
A different page for Instagram visitors than people who scan a QR code in a restaurant
Special pages for events, promotions, or locations
The problem was not only building this logic. The main challenge was UX complexity.
Restaurant owners, event managers and creators should be able to control everything on their own. They should be able to set rules, change menus, update pages, and create new views without needing a developer.
So the question became:
How do you let users manage complex logic (time, day, platform, location, special events) inside a tool that still feels simple, fast and safe to use?
At the same time, NTREE needed more than the platform. They needed the whole product from start to finish:
Product strategy
User stories and user flows
Wireframes and feature logic
Product design
Brand identity (logo, typography, colors, guidelines)
Marketing website (design + Framer development)
Full platform development and deployment
Our Solution
We built NTREE end-to-end, from idea to live product.
How We Approached It
1. Product Strategy and Structure
We started by defining core user types, their goals and the most common use cases. From this, we created user stories, user flows and clear product rules.
This ensured that logic and UX stayed simple, even with complex features.
2. A Layered Page System
Every NTREE page is built in layers:
A default view
Optional subviews based on rules: time, platform, campaign or location
Scheduled or automatic switching between views
The user does not see complex code. They only choose:
“When should this view appear?”
“Who should see it?”
“What should change?”
3. Simple Editor for a Complex System
We designed a visual editor where pages are built using blocks: buttons, menus, images, links.
Even though the logic behind it is advanced, the editor feels as easy to use as a link-in-bio tool.
Drag and drop blocks
Add rules with simple dropdowns
Live preview of how each version will look
Safe changes without breaking other pages
4. Branding and Marketing Website
We created the full brand identity: logo, colors, fonts and usage rules.
We designed and built the website in Framer to explain the product clearly and grow early sign-ups.
5. Development and Launch
We built the entire platform using modern web technologies. The system is fast, secure and easy to scale. From planning to live product, everything was handled by our team.
